Mô tả
- Manage and complete day-to-day bookkeeping of various clients of different industries.
- Accounts receivable, Accounts payable, Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statement (BAS) and PAYG Installment Activity Statements in accordance with the Australian Tax office.
- HR functions, including full-function monthly payroll, payroll tax, superannuation payments, IAS and reconciling HR General Ledger accounts monthly.
Yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
- Bachelor from a University in Accounting
- Less than 3 years of experience
- Long-term orientation in Accounting.
- Proficiency in Xero and MS Excel. G-suit and Outlook are required.
- Careful, attention to detail, hard-working, stable and positive mind, friendly.
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
- TOEIC certificate of 600 points or equivalent

- Gross Salary 10,000,000 – 18,000,000 + Meal Allowance + Overtime + Performance bonus:

- Award/Bonus Policy: 13th-month salary for the first two years, extra months after every 2 years of continuous service.

Lưu ý:
- Chỉ tuyển SV thực tập hoặc đã tốt nghiệp ĐH. Các trường top (ĐH Kinh tế, Ngoại Thương, Kinh tế - Luật,...) GPA từ 7.2 trở lên, các trường khác (Học Viện Bưu chính Viễn Thông, Tài chính - Marketing, Công Nghiệp) GPA từ 7.5 trở lên.
- UCV không có nhiều hơn 2 khoảng trống công việc trong CV, mỗi khoảng trống dưới 6 tháng.
- Nhà UCV cách công ty không quá xa ( dưới 10km)
- Ưu tiên UCV có kinh nghiệm làm kế toán Úc (hoặc các nước phương Tây). Không có kinh nghiệm phải có định hướng làm kế toán nước ngoài (Kế toán tài chính + Kế toán quản trị + Kiểm toán nội bộ + các Thuế trừ Thuế thu nhập cá nhân).
- Tiếng Anh: TOEIC 600+
- Range lương: 2002 - 9-10tr net, 2001 - 10-11tr net, 2000 - 11-12tr net, 1999 - 12-14tr net, 1998+ - 13-15tr net đối với UCV có kinh nghiệm làm kế toán Úc. Còn nếu không có kinh nghiệm thì chấp nhận mức lương cho Fresher là 10-12tr net dù cho có bao nhiêu năm kinh nghiệm kế toán Việt Nam.
